Hey Guys,
Hope you all had a great summer. Well it certainly has been a while since I’ve given a Capo update. So many things have happened:
Quick summary: Sold my house, Got cast in a new reality show called, “Ladies of the Pulpit” (remember I’m an ordained minister and yes I can marry people), Shot a really cool Volkwagon commercial with Chuck Norris son, Eric Norris whose a stunt driver and whipped me around a race track while I read the Gettysburg address, Did a gig for paramount where I had to act out the first 5 pages of an Eddie Murphy movie really fast, Got cast in a horror movie which comes out in Oct; Flew to London to do a TV show for Discovery Channel where they yet again analyzied my brain (boyfriend still doing that); Had my 18th book come out July 3rd, Helped a bunch of school kids break a world record, got on the cover of “Equanimity Magazine”, flew a helicopter without doors and did a bunch of stunts, Did a load of movie reviews with John Basedow some hit over 1 million views!; had ever inch of my body examined for a high tech medical radio show in Dallas (Yes EVERY inch!), did a commercial for Mr. Steam (I stayed dressed), lost 30 pounds and had a birthday party (yup 37 again) where I had people eat ostrich & alligator and then learn how to eat fire (What can I say I’m on a unique diet) after of course they had a complimentary massage. (All of this is in print and video on my website, www.francapo.com so you can see the commercials, read the articles, check the movie reviews etc. )
Okay now that we are caught up of what I’ve been doing for the past few months here is what’s new and exciting.

Okay, here’s the scoop. Every monday I do this interactive show where I tell humorous stories, give motivation and offer some bizarre facts. In addition, I also have on special guests (last week I had on Throwdini the fastest Knife thrower.) The audience gets to type in questions for me to ask me or my guests. Plus everyone gets to network so you can announce things you are doing in the chat. But I haven’t had a chance to promote it (it’s been on 8 weeks) and I was told if I didn’t get my numbers up that the show would be canceled. So now I’m telling you guys about it now.
SO if you all could PLEASE join me on monday, even if it’s only for 5 mintues that would really help. Or at least spread the word and let people know about it that would be greatly appreciated.
