Just in time for Father’s Day, Myths and Mysteries of New York (Globe Pequot Press) is filled with stories, of unsolved cold cases, treasures buried in New York waterways, famous haunted buildings, sea monsters, suicide halls, bizarre people, time travelers and secret government projects. To find out this information, like a modern day combination of Nellie Bly & Sherlock Holmes, Fran personally searched the state with her trusty assistant, Dale, taking photos in graveyards, interviewing detectives, talking to scientists and uncovering relics in people’s attics just to dig up little known history.
Besides being an author, Capo is also a motivational speaker, award winning TV show host of “Live it Up!” spokesperson, adventurer, expert mommy blogger known as Travel Adventure Mom and five-time world record holder, most known as the Guinness Book of World Records fastest talking female clocked at 603.32 wpm, which is only one of her world records.
