World Records
Fran Capo holds three world records. She appears in the Guinness Book of World Records, Ripley’s Believe it or Not - (Planet Eccentric and Remarkable Revealed books ), the Book of Alternative Records and in the World Records Academy. World Record #1-The Worlds Fastest Talking Female. Frans holds the record at 603.2 words in 54.2 seconds.
Although Fran is most known for her fast talking world record, she also holds two other records that happened exactly one year apart. These records appear in the Ripley’s Believe it or Not - Planet Eccentric book (Page 109). The stories of her world record breaking events appeared in her Capo Updates - a monthly newsletter than Fran sends out to subscribers. Below are the stories of her events as pulled from her newsletters. Both record stories will appear in further detail in article form in Fran’s new book, Adrenaline Adventures: The Dreams Continue.
World Record #2-A Book Signing at the Top of the World 19,340 feet up. Fran’s account of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania Africa.
World Record #3-A book signing at the depths of the sea, 12,465 feet down. Fran documents her historic dive to the wreck of the Titanic.
